Contact forms
If you complete the contact form on my site, all information submitted will be collected and saved in my site’s database.

Who we share your data with
We don’t share your data with anyone else unless necessary for this site to function or for legal or security reasons. Siobhan, Siobhan’s manager, and her assistants have access to the data collected on this site. Some of your personal information is stored on Siobhan’s hosting provider, Google Drive, and/or Mailchimp depending on the information provided. We don’t share your personal information with anyone else, except to comply with the law or protect my rights.
How long we retain your data
If you subscribe to my newsletter, we store your data indefinitely. If you want us to remove your data, we can.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Facebook and Google Analytics
The Facebook pixel is installed on this site, and we sometimes run advertisement campaigns and Google Analytics campaigns based on the information collected.
Newsletter
If you sign up for my newsletter, you have to submit your name and email address. We use this information to send you my newsletter and address you by your name when I email you. Mailchimp also collects some information about which email you open and on which links you click. You can update your profile, unsubscribe, or request we delete all your information at any time.
ARC lists
If you sign up for one of my ARC lists, you have to answer a multitude of questions, and the information will be saved in our Google Drive. This information will be used to send you an ARC or to determine whether you qualify for ARCS.
Third parties we work with
We use third-party software sometimes to collect or store your data. Links to their privacy policies are provided below.
We use Mailchimp to manage our email marketing subscriber list and ARC lists and to send emails to our subscribers. Google’s reCAPTCHA v3 is implemented on the contact form to combat spam.
Mailchimp is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. Mailchimp’s privacy policy is available here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/.
You can unsubscribe from my newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the end of each newsletter.
